JLPL Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. began the development of residential multi-storied towers. Initially, it was established as ‘Janta Estates & Housing Development Limited’, a public limited company, incorporated on November 20, 1995, with certificate number 16-17293. The company commenced its business on December 5, 1995. Its primary focus was on developing approximately 100 acres of housing colonies in Ludhiana, the industrial hub of India. The company was incorporated with the purpose of developing PUDA approved colonies in the state of Punjab.After establishing itself as a leading real estate developer, ‘Janta Estates & Housing Development Limited’ was converted to ‘JLPL Infrastructure Private Limited (JIPL)’ on August 21, 2014. The company was mandated to enter into diverse fields of construction, finishing work, including interior, electrical, fire detection, firefighting, air conditioning, furnishing, and sanitation work, on a contractual basis. Since then, JLPL has undertaken, developed, and delivered large projects such as a mega township spanning over 353.35 acres in Sector 90, 91, and a part of Sector 82, Mohali. Additionally, they have completed a mega residential and IT project in Sector 66-A, Mohali, and a residential infrastructure development in Sector 94, Mohali.The construction work for these projects was primarily carried out by JLPL Infrastructures Private Limited.
